Purpose of Role:

To effectively lead the Centralised Collections team to contribute to the achievement of business objectives by enabling agents to meet agreed set targets while focusing on client service and support.
To ensure that a high quality service is delivered through motivation, coaching and the development of Collection Agents; and
a client focused, high performance/high commitment environment is developed and sustained within the Collections Department.


· Grade 12

· Ideally a relevant tertiary qualification in IT / banking

· Previous experience in any of the following environments would be an added advantage

o Inbound Contact centre

o Capitec Bank Products and Procedures

o Previous management or supervisory experience

· Willingness to work shifts, which may take place over weekends and public holidays

· Knowledge in planning and prioritising of resource deployment

· Effective communication skills within a team environment (verbal and written)

· High standard of product knowledge

· Change management

· Implementation and motivational skills

· Computer literate

· Clear Criminal and Credit record
