| · Description: – To operate cash register correctly – Maintain all stock by rotating old stock and requesting new stock when necessary – To ensure the accurate recording of all stock responsible for – To control float and takings – Ensure that stock is counted correctly and sales control sheets are extended correctly – To ensure all customer complaints and requests are acted upon – To promote a good image to our client – To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene – To assist other departments of the kitchen – To attend any training courses – Included in these duties, you are required to perform any other reasonable task required by your manager – To promote a good image to our clients – Ensure that the companies’ food safety management system is and maintained. – To take part in any fire or evacuation drills at prescribed intervals – To adhere to all policies and procedures – To adhere to any Health and Safety instructions given within the workplace · Skills/Requirements: – Good Interpersonal Skills – To control stock and cash in accordance with the client and Company standards |
