Secretary / Administrator – Parkview Junior School

Parkview Junior is a 100-year old school situated in the leafy suburb of Parkview. It is a small, co-ed school (Grade R to Grade 3). The teaching body at the school are made up of committed, caring, qualified teachers.
The school has an opportunity for a suitably qualified Secretary / Administrator to join this wonderful team. The requirements for the role are:
– A suitable professional qualification is preferred
– A minimum of 5 years secretarial / administration experience
– Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English
– Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
– Strong organisational and planning capability
– High level of ICT competency
– Ability and willingness to be proactive
– Knowledge of GDE regulations, policies and processes would be an advantage
– A willingness to work within the values of the school
