Receptionist position – Cape Town

Cape Town. Our company is expanding, opening a new branch and require a Receptionist.

Job Description

The Receptionist functions include:
• general reception including operating switchboard, answering calls, taking messages and greeting/attending to clients/ visitors
• bookings and confirming presentations, including telephone confirmation of online website bookings
• assisting with marketing material related to our products
• attending to bulk mailing & related systems
• assisting with website changes and updates
• manage general & services enquiries from web, mail and phone
• general office assistance
• arrange meetings & manage diaries
• maintaining a high level of general Customer Service
• maintain database

Must have experience:
• Relevant working experience
• Immediately Available
• Presentable and Professional
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Operating switchboard
• Administrative support

Qualifications Required:
• Grade 12
