Hotel Receptionist Required – Sandton

Qurtuba Hospitality is currently looking for a well spoken Hotel Receptionist

Key Tasks include:
*Undertake receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main Hotel Reception.
*Answer and direct calls to appropriate staff members or guest rooms.
* Handle daily administration duties.
*Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
*Handle and resolve complaints from guests diplomatically.
*Provide guests with directions around the hotel.
*Explain appropriate use of keys and ensure that guests are satisfied with the rooms allocated to them.
*Keep updated guest databases, records and files.
*Assist in managing airport transfers for guests.
*Strong working knowledge on computer skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
well spoken with a clear professional telephone etiquette.
*Professionally presented and proactive approach to dealing with issues that may arise.
*Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.

Candidate to work flexi hours and shifts.
