– Communications (e-mail; fax; telephone, post)

– Guest reception

Back Office:

– Invoice analysis

– Bank deposit analysis

– Bookkeeping on Pastel Express 11

– Human resources records

– Costing of bar and shop stock

– Stock controls of bar stock

– Banking & credit card deposits

– Systems and procedures

– Supplier Records

– Filing

Guest Activities:

– Bookings of tours

– Records of tours

Marketing:

– Guest data base

– Contact data base

– Guest analysis

– Web site monitoring

Shop:

– Sales

– Sales records

– Stock control & ordering

Other:

Any other duties that may reasonably be requested from time to time.

Computer programmes:

– Internet

– Emails

– MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint

– Pastel Xpress 11
