Rental Agents
Qualifications, experience and competencies:
Applicants must be well-spoken, presentable and goal driven. Must be able to work in a team and be admin orientated. Matric or similar certificate is required.
Applicant must be a self-starter and must be willing to work long hours and alternative weekends.
Must have own transport and be able to work in the greater Gauteng area. Previous rental experience will be an advantage.

Salary will be negotiated on merit.

Marketer / Sales Representative
Qualifications, experience and competencies
A well organized and well-presented person with initiative and excellent people skills, who will take ownership of the task assigned to him/her, will be successful in this dynamic company.
Applicant must be a self-starter and must be willing to work long hours and alternative weekends.
He/she must be able to work in a team and be target driven. Own reliable transport is essential.
Experience in sales and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or similar tertiary qualification, will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities
Marketing of development properties (sales and rentals)
Liaising with clients
Implementing marketing strategies
Achieving sales targets
Marketing administration
Market research

Operational Manager
Qualifications, experience and competencies:

Company requires the service of a self-motivated, organized person with excellent people skills. The successful applicant will be employed in the greater Gauteng area. Must have a minimum code 08 driver’s license with at least three years’ driving experience. Must have good administration skills, be able to work independently and manage a team of people. Minimum Grade 10 or similar qualification required. Will be required to work long hours and weekends. Must speak at least two African languages.

Personal assistant / Administration manager
Qualifications, experience and competencies:

The applicant must be well-spoken with excellent communication skills. Must have previous management experience in either administrative, sales or project management environment.
Previous personal assistant experience will be an advantage but is not required.
Must be able to work with senior project managers and professional consultants. Applicants without own transport and who are not 100% computer literate and bilingual need not apply.

HR Assistant
Qualifications, experience and competencies
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in the HR/IR environment. He/she will be a well organised, hardworking, team player with excellent people skills who will take initiative and full ownership of the tasks assigned to him/her. An HR qualification and knowledge of VIP’s Personnel History, Equity and Skills modules will be a definite advantage. Own transport is essential and traveling to our Gauteng based offices and sites will be required.

Key responsibilities
Assist the HR Manager with all the administration relating to:
HR information systems and employee records
Recruitment, selection and induction
Training and skills development
Performance management
Employee and industrial relations
Employment equity

Junior Bookkeeper
Qualifications, experience and competencies
We are looking for a well-organised, reliable and self-disciplined person who works accurately. He/she must be able to work in a team and have excellent people skills. The successful candidate will be computer literate, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and extensive knowledge of and experience in Pastel Accounting and the use of ABSA Cashfocus.

Key responsibilities
Process payments on ABSA’s Cashfocus
Pastel processing:
Cashbook
Bank reconciliations
Debtors
Creditors
Cost codes
Sales / VAT journals
