Limpopo – Luxury lodge situated within busy tourist route seeks suitably quailfied and experienced Administration manager.

Skills/Requirements:
Duties include processing of all reservations, invoicing, payments, updating of data records and petty cash control. He/ She will be responsible for invoice and bank deposit analysis, Bookkeeping (to trial balance – Pastel) and managing and updating of all HR Records. Additional duties include the costings for bar and shop stock and management of banking and credit card deposits. He/ She will manage all sales records, stock control and ordering for the property. Must be computer literate on MS Office suite essential. Must have a minimum of 1 yrs previous working experience in a similar capacity within 4-5* lodges. Must have an unendorsed drivers licence.
